xfinity app apple tv

When will I be able to use the AppleTV xfinity stream app to pause and record content while watching, i.e., without having to go out, set it up to record and return to viewing? Given the amount of money we pay for this service it seems this should be available no differently than your competition, i.,e., DIrectTV

jbm441 Thank you so much for stopping in with your Feedback on the Xfinity Stream app. Currently, the option to record while waiting isn't available on most of the devices I have used the stream app on, but we appreciate the feedback. I will make sure to pass that along. We always appreciate information on how our customers want to use their services.

@XfinityAmandaB​ I’m not sure what you meant by “record while waiting”. I believe the question was about pausing live TV. I have the same question. Why can’t live TV be paused (or rewind) on the Stream Apple TV app?

Thanks for reaching out, depending on the platform you're using to stream the Xfinity app on you may or may not have access to pause or record while streaming live content. 

 

currently on Apple TV the option to  pause &  rewind live TV isn't available
