Xfinity App Android doesn't work

For as many years as I've been using the Comcast Xfinity app it has never worked properly. It will never display all recordings on my Android phone. I have contacted Comcast several times but never a solution. I just went to watch a show that is recorded on my box but won't show under the Xfinity app I have tried all solutions offered in forums and online but they haven't fixed the issue. The only thing I can conclude from these past years is that Comcast just doesn't [Edited: "Language"] if the app doesn't work properly.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
