Xfinity and roku

In the last day both my TVs using roku and Xfinity will not work. I select a channel and I get a blank page until time-outs and the back to gone page. I’ve removed tile. Reauthoirzed twice and disconnected twice. I’m looking help. This is frustrating.

The issue was due to an internet speed upgrade in my area and I needed a new router. It is solved.

do you get to the page where it asks you to agree to the terms and conditions?

Yes. Put in the new code from the authorize website. I then get the terms and conditions which I select yes.

are the Roku devices plugged directly into your TV?

Yes, the configuration set up has been working fine for six months. Just Wednesday they both quit working with Xfinity. So is there something in a release that could have broke it. One other note a few days before the stations would freeze while it would stream it would freeze for a period of time. Now I have not restarted the router could there be something with the router? I do use a Comcast router.
