X1 Subscriber, no "HD technology fee" on bill ?
Hi, I am wanting to get HD channels on my Roku via the xfinity stream app
I get HD channels on the standard box & the website stream. but not on the roku. I read in another thread that i need to have "HD technology fee" on my bill to get the HD channels on the roku.
I have the "X1 starter triple play" package according to my bill. Should I have the "Hd technology fee", and if i should - how do i get it added?
thanks!

the description on your bill of your package will say HD technology included or you will have a line on the bill for HD technology fee at approximately $10/month. the set top box has a setting that may be on that stretches SD channels to full screen. Without the 'included in package' or separate HD fee line, your Roku will not have HD channel access.

Some packages (such as yours) include HD but does not explicity state it. My package also does not does not explicity state it. I do however have HD and HD on my Roku. It may be a coding error. I would call customer service and explain your problem and they could fix your code so you get HD channels on your Roku.
