Why am I still being charged for Hulu and Quello?

I did a 7-day trial for both Hulu and Quello in November of 2021 and canceled both within the free trial window using the remote as directed by X1 website. I noticed today that I am still being charged monthly for both. Please advise next steps and how to rectify this-thank you.
