Why am I receiving an error " this channel is not in you network line up" when trying to watch The Own channel on my phone? When I select an episode of a show I receive that error and OWN IS IN MY PACKAGE ‼️

Thank you for looping us in to help! Excited to get this figured out for you. Are you only having issues with access to OWN network content? I was also curious if this is with all OWN programs or isolated to a certain set of shows or times? Appreciate all of your time and patience!
