Where are the controls?

I could swear there were menu choices for recordings and scheduled shows, but the latest version of the app there is no way to see what is scheduled to be recorded or to look at what has been recorded.  The icons for recorded shows are there, but due to some quirk they are sometimes shifted so you cannot see the leftmost icon, but it is present on the DVR app on the tv.

I'm running on a Galaxy Tab FE, running all the latest Android software

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
