@user_9d29f2 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience. Does this happen on multiple devices or just one? Do you have any issues on the cable box (if applicable)?
Multiple android devices using the "Stream" App are non-functional with the same error. Website streaming and tv boxes work fine.
If I pick an in-home channel, I am directed to a tvgo channel, then I get the error""We're Having Some Trouble :: 0""We're sorry, something unexpected just happened. Please try again"
-Like most things Xfinity, If I can't solve the problem myself then I'm out of luck.
