Weather channel 11, 441 and 1102

Why cann't I get anyone to fix my problem ? Tech support is not existing. Getting color test pattern screen for SD weather channel 11 and error message TVAPP-00206 for HD channel 441 and 1102.

I have loaded unloaded, rebooted and everything in between. Somebody from the company should be aware that they have a problem with the xfinity streaming app and then do something about it!

what device? did you try a different device to see if the stream works properly on a different device?

will not work on iphone  xfinity stream app either I have been given the run around by comcast for seven days. Who has the number to get past the Bots and customer unservice.
