Sometimes the app doesn't recognize that I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi on my Samsung tablet, and will only play TV2Go channels. When that happens, I turn off the tablet's Wi-Fi then turn it back on, and I can watch all the channels again. Give that a try and see if it helps.
