Volume issue with Roku app

Having same issue as everyone else with sudden high and low volume and the crackling. Have to leave app and come back in to the app. Using ultra plus and a stick on one TV. Just got a price increase but they don’t fix the issue

Hello, @user_309571. We’re aware of an intermittent issue that may be affecting the sound quality for some customers when watching programming through the Xfinity Stream app on Roku devices. I do apologize for the inconvenience, but our engineers are working with Roku to find a resolution. We do appreciate your patience while we work to get this resolved.

@XfinityRose​ Where are you on a solution?  It isn't any better and I will be asked for the $3,500 to replace my speaker if they get damaged due to this issue.
