USA Network and NBC Audio Stuttering Issues

USA Network and NBC are both having audio (and occasional video) stuttering issues through the app. Other channels I have tried seem to be working. I'm using iOS. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on, restarted my phone. Both the app and phone are fully updated. I also spoke to Xfinity live chat who said they would fix it within 24 hours, yet the issue remains.

Hello MidnightCat is this still a concern for you on USA and NBC? Are you seeing any TVAPP errors when this occurs? Are you connected to the home network when this happens?

Yes, this is still a concern. No error messages or errors elsewhere on the app. I'm connected to the home network.
