Unnamed stream device deletion

How do I delete this from my streaming? It isn’t in my house so it’s not one of my devices.

user_gutudy Thank you so much for reaching out for help with removing this unknown device from your streaming login. The best way to make sure an unknown device is not able to connect is to update your login passwords. If you have more than one Xfinity ID or user profile, I recommend updating the password for each of them to make sure unauthorized devices are not able to log in. If they are currently streaming, it may not update till the next time they go to use the app.

Just checking in user_gutudy :) Were you able to update your password successfully?

No it didn’t work and now I get your 249 error for streaming. Utterly FRUSTRATED for the price I pay.

I am very sorry to hear that did not work for you. If we can look further into that from here send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
