Unable to view local channels anymore, Chicago
Hello!
I am writing this due to my increasing frustration with the Xfinity Stream App. I have been using the app for sometime now and became a very active user due to my ability to watch local Over-the-air channels in the 60611 area in Chicago. For about two months now, those channels are no longer available, or visible in my app. The sole reason for me using the app is now gone and am on the verge of deleting the app altogether.
I would really appreciate some input from the team or the community to help me resolve this issue.
I am also writing this as USER: user_0uzizf recently wrote about a similar issue with his service in California.

Hello Freetvuser thanks so much for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! Since local channels will vary by area, what specific channel numbers are you missing in the Xfinity Stream App? Are they completely gone from the guide, or visible but not able to click on them? If you can select the channel numbers, what error message is displayed when doing so?
