Unable to Stream on laptop

I have a laptop with Windows 11 and Chrome browser. I can’t stream Xfinity live or recorded shows or Peacock. I get tvapp-00270 error code

Hello @user_b4de93 Thank You for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support, here on the Community Forum. Are you attempting to use the Stream App, or are you logging in at Xfinity.com?

Logging on at xfinity.com. The app isn’t available on my laptop.
