Unable to stream from Xfinity App

When I attempt to use the app on my home wifi, I get a message stating "Please connect to your in-home wifi" to watch certain channels. I have confirmed that my wifi is working and that my phone (Samsung s9) is able to surf the web and is not having any problems with any other apps or websites. I am able to watch channels that are "TV Go channels" but I cannot watch local channels due to this issue. I have restarted phone, restarted router and modem, uninstalled and reinstalled Xfinity streaming app, and signed in and out of the service all with no luck. Can someone help me fix this?
