Unable to login to Xfinity Stream App

I've been trying to login to the Xfinity Stream App for days now! I'm following the steps with signing in and scanned QR code, however it displays message This package is not yet available on this device in the meantime, I can watch on my mobile device, Xumo Stream Box

or tablet.

Error Code: TVAPP-00195

Why can't I watch on my TV??

This is not the experience we would like you to have, and we'd like to help. What kind of TV do you have? Have you checked our Xfinity Stream app minimum system requirements article to make sure your device is compatible?
