Unable to cancel max subcription / premium channels

I've been having an issue the past couple of days where the website hasn't been working properly, making it impossible for me to cancel my MAX subscription. I'm logged into my Xfinity account, but anytime I try to click on any menu item — like "Change Plan," "Add/Remove Premium Channels," or any button that would let me manage my account — it automatically reroutes me to a page that says:

"Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address. We've partnered with your community to bring Xfinity service to your location."

The link it redirects me to is: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/landing/bulk-tenant.

All I want to do is cancel my MAX subscription, but every time I try, it sends me to that unrelated page. This issue has been happening all week, and I've been unable to cancel the subscription. I need to cancel it before it renews. 

What do I need to do in order to be able to cancel it without constantly being rerouted to this other web page that has nothing to do with what I am looking for?
