TV’s about 3 seconds ahead of others?

I have six TVs hardwired to a router with Cat 6.  The closest TV to the router is about three seconds ahead of the next TVs in line. Is this common? Is there anyway to fix the issue? When watching the same show on two TVs about 35 feet from each other, The second TV is about 2 to 3 seconds behind and is annoying. Ty

@XfinityNico thanks - I forgot to mention that all TV’s are using Xfinity Streaming App- no boxes. Also, I do not see that Chat Icon in Upper Right?  ( at least on my phone)?

Thank you for providing that information! That will help us troubleshoot further.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3vAu6yw

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
