I have removed and reinstalled App three times.

Hello user_yqfh0k, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We appreciate you and your time, and I want to help you. I see you mentioned removing and reinstalling the app. Are you using your own equipment, and apps?

user_yqfh0k Gotcha!  The Xfinity TV Go app is no longer available; its functionality has been fully replaced by the Xfinity Stream app. The Xfinity Stream app provides both in-home (entire lineup) and on-the-go ("TV Go" channels/On Demand) streaming.

Yes, but my Xfinity App keeps going on TVGO mode.

It asks me to record Live TV shows?

It will not play current episodes or shows, extremely frustrating.

My other two TVs work fine.

We may need to take a look at a few other things in your account.

Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
