TVAPP-00451 Error

I am trying to steam video from my X1 DVR to my phone and I’m getting the TVAPP 00451 error code

I’m posted in Israel and I’ve tried the stream app on my iPhone, iPad, computer and netbook.  All have the same error trying to play recordings from my Xfinity cloud.

Thank you for clarifying. Unfortunately, Xfinity Stream app usage and streaming is only available in the U.S. However, DVR content downloaded for offline viewing can be viewed anywhere (so long as the download process takes place prior to leaving the U.S.). I apologize for the inconvenience this causes.

Well. This kind defeats the purpose of having a DVR to record if you can’t watch anything outside the US.  

what’s the use?   If you take a vacation or get posted as military and you can’t watch your shows your recording at home.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, @User_a62ed2. Is your main concern DVR recordings on the iCloud or content access on the streaming App? DVR content downloaded for offline viewing can be viewed anywhere.

When I signed up with XFINITY they assured me that we could view anywhere that there is good internet speeds. I’m posted in Canada and it doesn’t work.

Our awesome Xfinity Streaming App does not allow you to stream outside the U.S.; however, if you downloaded any viewing content you would be able to watch the downloaded content prior to leaving the U.S. Did you have any other questions or concerns we can assist you with?
