TVAPP-00401

I am trying to stream on demand through an iPad. I am unable to view shows it says subscription required but I’m subscribed to that channel. Is there a way to fix this?

Try unplugging your modem/gateway from AC power and wait a few minutes. Plug back in. When it's fully up try again.

@user_49cb26,Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums page for assistance with your streaming concerns. I love using the Xfinity Stream app and my HBO Max app on my wireless device to watch some of my favorite shows when my hubby is using the TV! I can definitely understand how frustrating it would be to be seeing this error message!

 

If rebooting your modem didn't do the trick, I would also recommend attempting to reset it by removing the app and reinstalling it. Make sure your cache and cookies are cleared, too, and that your iPad doesn't have any updates pending or needed.
