Our Xfinity Stream app won’t connect on the Roku TV. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve also cut power and restored it. I keep getting this code.: TVAPP-00331

Jeffjoslin, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to XFINITY and for your patience while waiting for a response. I enjoy using the Stream app on my Roku devices so I understand the inconvenience that this can cause. I am sorry to learn about this experience. We are the right place to go for help. What is the model of your Roku TV. Did you mean that the error code you are getting actually end in 81 instead of 31?
