Had an error come up with this saying there are no live events airing at this time. This is weird because there absolutely is content playing right now on that channel.

How is it going @user_a8bbae, I hope your Friday is going well. I apologize you're getting that error when using the app. I know it must be a head scratcher if you know content is currently airing on live TV, and you can't view it in your app. Are you using the Xfinity Stream app? If yes, are you able to let us know if you are using it at home or away from home? Have you tried closing the app, updating the app or testing it on another device?
