Our Samsung TV now suddenly doesnt let us watch TV series we have purchased.  Thus is the error code we get.  Can this get fixed?

Hi there, user_qxu2wm! We are glad to further help so you can watch your purchases. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity Stream app on the TV? As a good practice, restart the TV after the uninstall to clear out any stored Xfinity data that is left from the app before reinstalling it. What model or year is your TV?

Yes we did uninstall and reinstall the app and we tirned off and unplugged the tv and reset the modem.  Still not able to watch purchased series.  If not fixed i'd like a refund on 2 series i purchased.  Model # QN50Q60DAFXZA

user_qxu2wm Thank you for the update. Let's take a look at what's going on. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
