TVAPP-00116

The Xfinity Stream app on my Roku TV has abruptly stopped working. I'm receiving an error message of TVAPP-00116. Can this be resolved?

As of yesterday I am having the same issue. 2 onn roku tv's, 1 roku stick, and choppy connection on my mobile thru the stream app. Before that worked fine for quite a long time now can't enjoy programming on anything except x1 box. I stand corrected....music channels aren't loading(tvapp-00116) but just clicked on i think 4 different networks and they actually came up so idk

It started yesterday for me as well. After the tv wouldn't stream I tried to stream on my phone and that malfunctioned as well. Maybe the app itself is having technical problems.

Outage in my area as well. Hopefully they get it fixed quickly. Quite annoying paying over $200 a month and can't even watch TV n listen to music channels. Might as well lower my package and go back to Directv

Certain channels aren't playing which happen to be the same channels that aren't playing on the TVs with boxes and we have a tv outage going on in my area.

general reply to the few above new posts.  If your service is without a set top box installed and working in the home, the limit of streams at the same time is 'two'. With a box, 'five'. note that set top boxes also can be in a stream mode when using cloud DVR or on demand streaming. Once the concurrent stream count is reached, the next devices will get that error and not be able to begin a new stream until one of the two or five slots is again available.
