TVAPP-00101 error

I have two accounts (Texas and Florida) for xFinity services. The accounts are linked. I use ROKU streaming sticks (3) in bedrooms and the cable box on a main TV. Main TV is fine. The ROKU sticks have stopped working. I’ve tried the suggestions multiple times but still not working. What else can I do to fix this issue? Thank you.

@user_977ff1 Thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Team. I hate to hear this has been your experience. If you log in at xfinity.com on a phone or computer do you have the same issue?
