TVAPP-00101 error

Xfinity app is no longer working on Rokus. I’ve uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled. Still same error.

Hi, @user_344419, thanks for taking some time to post here on the community forum about this error with accessing Xfinity Stream on your Roku. I know it's got to be frustrating continuing to run into this issue even after uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling. 

 

Typically, the TVAPP-00101 error code arises because you may not be connected to the in-home WiFi network or you may have two or more active Xfinity accounts causing an activation error.

 

Are you able to check the network settings on your device to ensure you're connected to the in-home WiFi rather than the xfinitywifi or XFINITY networks names?
