Receiving error code. Internet is fine, uninstalled and reinstalled and reset. Help!

What device are you using to access/view Xfinity Stream content? Does that device meet the minimum system requirements for the Xfinity Stream app? Have you tried resetting the device by either unplugging it for ~1 minute from the power outlet? Have you ensured you have the latest update of the Xfinity Stream app? By providing this information and performing these steps, you will likely be able to get the app working again.
