TV Remote app not showing any data for my DVR

In my xfinity TV Remote app on my iPhone, I get a "Guide Data Missing" error when I go to TV Listings. Also, nothing shows on XOD or DVR Manager. I have the latest Apple IOS. I deleted the app and reinstalled and signed in again. I tested the DVR and it shows up correct during the Test on the TV screen. How do I fix this? It also is the same on my wife's phone. It was working about two weeks ago.

I am sad to hear you are having issues with the Xfinity TV remote app. I would like to get your account pulled up, and see about getting this resolved, along with anything else you may need assistance with! Let's start by getting your account pulled up. Please send me a direct message with your first and last name, along with your complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.   

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary 
  • Click the direct message icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
  • Press Enter to send your message

Has the Xfinity Stream app replaced the functions of the Xfinity TV Remote app?

I'm having the same exact issue and mine was also working fine fairly recently. Did you hear anything back from xfinity support? the stream app is fine and all but it doesn't have a cable box remote that I'm aware of
