TV Remote app forum?

I did not find a forum for TV Remote App issues, so I'm posting my question here.  My device list still has the name of an X1 remote box that I have returned to Xfinity.  There is no choice for me to delete devices in the app, and I have un-installed the app and re-installed it.  How do I go about getting this device name removed from device list in the app?  I thought Xfinity would remove it from my account equipment list or something like that and that would make it go away.

as long as the my account app no longer shows you are being billed for that set top box, you just have to wait. Covid-19 is causing the back office updates not to happen on-time (when the item is received by the repair warehouse).
