TV Remote App for IOS

My X1 devices no longer show up in the remote app so I am no longer able change channels using the app

No,  we can't see the X1 devices on any of our Iphones or Ipads.

I signed out and closed the app and hen signed in again.  There was no change.  I still cant see my X1 devices.  It is happening on all of our IOS devices.  I believe it started on Sunday 7/28/18.

to to the 'hamburger' menu (stack of paper) and scroll to bottom finding the "gear' (settings. scroll to bottom and sign out. close the app. and re-open the app and sign in. working now? is it working on any other phones/tablets?

when you run the xfinity myaccount app do the devices show up there?

I have the exact. Same issue.  No devices for remote app although all appear fine in my account app
