Tv go only

I am only getting tv go channels on the xfinity stream app. Been working fine for weeks now this. I’ve already singed out/in. Reinstalled the app, tried different devices. All the same issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us here. If you are still having that issue with the stream app, we would be happy to assist you from here. What kind of device are you using that app on?

I am having the same issue and no one has been able to help. I have the prepaid NOW StreamSaver service and I'm using a Roku stick streaming device.  Since last Tuesday (12/2), I have not had any of the 125+ LiveTV channels on my Xfinity Stream app.  It's only showing TV GO channels.  The app isn't recognizing that I am on my home's wifi network.  I've done ALL of the troubleshooting, tried working with Xfinity agents, and NOTHING has worked.  There HAS to be a solution for this!  Has anyone here figured out why this is happening and how to fix it?  I'm paying for a service I can't even use the way I want to and it's super frustrating and completely unacceptable.

If you don’t have the ‘’video package’’, you will not have access to all channels, just TV GO channels. When I returned my cable box after cancelling 9 days before, the video package was turned off.

@janesil I don't know what the "video package" is, but I didn't have that & I was able to get Xfinity to authorize all 125+ LiveTV channels when I had the prepaid NOW services. I switched back to post-paid Xfinity Internet & still have the (post-paid) NOW StreamSaver (no "video package") & I still have all 125+ LiveTV channels.

For prepaid NOW StreamSaver customers, all Xfinity has to do is authorize access & you will have all 125+ LiveTV channels. You don't need a "video package", whatever that is.
