Tv app just showing purchase screen

Just moved this past weekend and on my Samsung tv the app is stuck on the purchase screen and says I havnt purchased anything yet. I have tried uninstalling and installing the app again and cleared out the cache on my phone that I am using to authorize the tv, but no luck yet.

Xfinity Stream app?  So the three bars for options show up and the search icon?  Neither work when tapped?

@Greenr2010 I'm having the same issue. My Samsung Smart TV with the Beta App just shows a purchase screen. When I try to highlight another option and go to Live TV, it's frozen. 

 

I've also noticed the streaming app on my iphone shows only 4 channels on the XFinity Stream App.

 

I've signed out and deleted the apps, redownloaded logged in etc... Nothing has changed.

if your new account is set up at the new address, sign in to the xfinity.com web site (not streaming) and go to account, users, and create a new non-restricted user. use that email address/password to sign into the streaming account. worked?
