Trouble with scrolling and channels freezing

Also have been having trouble with the streaming service, The channels stop scrolling sometimes it only goes to channel 11 other times it will go a little further.

 The program we are watching also freezes, we reset the fire stick  uninstall the Exfinity app.  restart the modem but nothing helps ,only having trouble with The Exinity streaming app. Tubi , Prime , Netflix ,and all other apps work fine . This is very frustrating  it will be good in it can be fixed

I notice you posted this a few days ago at this point and I wanted to check in quickly to see if you were able to get the app working properly again or if you are still in need of some assistance?

While you've been troubleshooting this issue, have you had the chance to test moving the fire stick to a different location where it may have a better connection to see if that helps at all?

On my Fire 10HD tablet, I sometimes recently cannot scroll beyond channel 101, after which the app boots me out.   I have turned off the tablet, I have cleared the cache for the Xfinity Stream app and the browser, I have forced a stop to the app, I have rebooted my router, I have gotten physically closer to my Fire Stick, but nothing seems to work.  Any guidance on resolving this problem?

I am also having trouble with Xfinity Stream on my Fire 10HD tablet.  Recently (the problem started only within the past 2-3 days), when scrolling through "all channels", the app freezes at channel 101 and then boots me out of the app.  I have tried turning off/on the tablet; I have cleared the cache for the app and my internet browser; I have used "force stop" for the Xfinity Stream app; I uninstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity app; I have ensured there are no updates available for my Fire 10HD device; I have rebooted my router; I have gotten physically closer to my Fire stick.  Nothing helps.  What gives?

Hello @user_6c3123 , are you able to watch the Xfinity Stream app on any other device without issues? I asked to see if issue is related to Fire tablet or if occurs with other devices. We will work to figure this out, I appreciate the steps you have taken so far. Let us know

This issue is 100% xfinity.  It has nothing to do with location to the box or rebooting the device used.  I bought 2 brand new fire cubes- one is next to the modem, one is in the bedroom off the living room.  They both have this issue so I opened my galaxy tablet while sitting across from the modem.  I was completely booted out of the app or it locked up.  I then tried my iPhone 12.  I made it to the 2nd channel lineup page before it froze up.
