@user_eyvutbqqqqq Thank you for making us aware the to go channels are working on your fire stick and fire cube. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?

I'm having this same issue on all of my firetvs.  Noticed it starting on Sunday.  Have uninstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity Stream app, cleared Dara, cleared cache, unplugged the tvs completely for a couple minutes to reset them, all to no avail.  All of the channels say they need to know where I am and to update location settings to high accuracy or battery saving, both of which are options for phones, not tvs.

I tried everything! It won’t let me watch local channels out of my home network.

looks like you had this issue years ago when I look at all the thread on this site.

@user_eyvutbqqqqq When you say everything, does that include clearing out the cache and cookies from your fire stick? Did you try completing a power cycle on your equipment?

@user_eyvutbqqqqq Thanks for sharing these screenshots to help us get a better idea of what's going on. Just to confirm, have you activated the location services and adjusted to high accuracy?

@user_eyvutbqqqqq I have a link to share with the system requirements for our Xfinity Stream app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-requirements

There's a section that says:*Available in-home only to Xfinity TV customers with internet. Which applies to Apple TV*,LG TV*,Roku*,Samsung Smart TV* and Xumo TV*

Are you in home connected to your homes Wi-Fi network using those devices?

I am not connected to my home wifi but an xfinity wifi.  I am using a Firestick which does not work now but I can get it to work on my laptop & cell phone. Why is that?

Hi user_5c7y47! Thanks for reaching out, and I am sorry to hear that you're running into this on your end as well. For troubleshooting purposes, do you run into this issue when your Firestick is connected to your in-home Wi-Fi?

I am not at my home network as I am away until end of October. Once I am back home at my home network, I will check. But the point is, xfinity stream is to used when not in my home and we had some network channels before, so why not now?  In addition, I can watch some network channels on my iPad and computer when not in my home. Why are we constantly answering the same question over and over?  Xfinity had obviously done something so get it working again. After all, we are paying for streaming so we can access when NOT at home!!
