TLC Go App / Lifetime App - Not working
I am no longer able to use TLC Go or Lifetime Apps on my AppleTV / iPhone / Android Phone.
I am redirected to a login.xfinity.com site to login, as it has forever, but now when I login with my Xfinity credentials, I get a message saying
"This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service"
I'm on a preferred channel lineup, with nearly all of the Premium channels. I have these channels, but suddenly I'm told I can't stream.
I have called support, I have chatted with support, and I just get told over and over that I have to have Xfinity Internet service in order to be able to stream using "Channel Apps" like TLC Go, Lifetime, etc.
Is this a new policy change? This has not been the case for years, as I have only had Xfinity TV service and had no problems streaming until just the last couple of days.
