Tired of audio & video being out of sync!
PLEASE fix the audio/video being out of sync. Only had xfinity stresm for just over a month & im SICK of this issue. When u charge for services then u should deliver. If we don’t pay then we don’t receive services. What’s the problem????

Thanks for meeting us here in our forums, @user_g21xg9. Sorry to hear about the trouble with your audio being out of sync. We are happy to help. Can you tell us what device you are using the Xfinity Stream app on? Is it on your TV through the app, a tablet, phone, or laptop?
