is the Roku physicallay located in your home and connected to your own home wifi? does another smart phone/tablet work propertly? have you tried to power unplug your gateway/modem for 30 seconds and plug back in? working?
After some investigation, were able to verify your experience. We wer able to trace it back to a missing C library on your device. It looks to be that the issue has resolved for you based on your recent playbacks on the device. We suspect that a reboot of the device may have resolved the issue but are unable to confirm at this time.
