is the Roku physicallay located in your home and connected to your own home wifi? does another smart phone/tablet work propertly? have you tried to power unplug your gateway/modem for 30 seconds and plug back in? working?
Yes the Roku device is in my home and connected to my home WiFi. Yes I can stream via my phone. I can access/play all other apps in Roku. I can see the xfinity live TV guide, see my recorded shows etc but nothing will play on xfinity.
After some investigation, were able to verify your experience. We wer able to trace it back to a missing C library on your device. It looks to be that the issue has resolved for you based on your recent playbacks on the device. We suspect that a reboot of the device may have resolved the issue but are unable to confirm at this time. We're glad that you can now playback and enjoy the Stream app. If you encounter any future difficulties when using the Stream app on any of the eligle devices, feel free to reach out.
