The same problem every one is having with paramount +

All your solutions to the buffering problem DO NOT WORK.  Youre giving us the run around .  I demand a refund on my paramount + app

user_wxqqdu thank you for reaching out today and using the Community Forums page. The concerns you are experiencing with Paramount+ is not an issue with the Xfinity network or our equipment. It’s due to the memory requirements of the apps.

If it’s a memory issue, then why is it that the problem only happens when trying to watch through my cable box? I have no problem watching on my iPhone, aside from it being such a small screen compared to the TV.
