The new format for xfinity cable
I was extremely irritated last night when all of a sudden the format for the xfinity app on my smart tv completely changed!! And not for the better! Today I’m even more irritated to find I have to scroll through every channel on the guide, there is no longer a “favorites guide list.” And when you want to return to the top of screen for the menu bar, you have to scroll through ALL of the channels you just passed!!!! When I go to look at recently watched channels, the name of the channel isn’t listed, just the show that’s airing! I’ve always loved Comcast over Verizon, but this might send me back. An absolutely horrible update to the app!

This update is freaking miserable. Why would you get rid of the favorites list?! It’s still in the iPhone app so why on earth is it not part of the TV version. The setup is miserable and confusing, who the heck approved this updated lack of functionality?!

My mother has had a stroke and has enough difficulty navigating various streaming apps as it is. The removal of the "favorites" list means that she now has to relearn a whole new and much less well organized navigation on the app. I hope Xfinity will take this feedback into consideration and change the interface back to the way it was.

I agree with the previous commenters. Bring back the Favorites List!!!! Extremely annoying and thoughtless update.
