From what device are you using the Xfinity Stream app?
Ok, so the Xfinity Stream Beta app on the LG TV itself. What model LG TV do you have? If you were able to find the Beta app in the LG Content store, it obviously is on the 'compatible' list, unless the Content store software has a bug.
