strreaming up not working

Chuwi andriod 5.1 tablet from last update I guess around 1/23-1/24, is now not working.  When I select a video  It goes to the play screen, the three dots show up and flash on and off but to video appears.  Has anyone elso have this problem with their app.

need to update device to at least marshmallow version android OS.
