Streaming

My Xfinity Stream app stopped working on my iPhone, Apple TV, and TCL Roku tv Monday. I called technical support and we reset  and reinstalled the app. My internet signal was refreshed as well. A technician came Thursday to replace my modem, refresh my signal, reset and reinstall my app. This didn’t help either.  I called technical support again and they refreshed my signal which didn’t help. The problem is the Xfinity Stream app which needs to be updated or replaced.

Are you able to use the XFINITY Stream website at https://www.xfinity.com/stream/

Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
