Streaming videos on iPhone/iPad

When I stream DVR Housewife shows on iPad or iPhone, it works for the first segment and then the picture freezes while the sound keeps playing. I have deleted app and redownloaded but it still doesn’t work. I’ve seen others complain as well.. Please address this problem as I travel and I like to watch my shows without interruption. Shows have no issue when I get home and watch on my TV.
