Streaming The Weather Channel and local forcasts

When connected to my home internet  both my IPhone and computer when streaming   the Live Weather Channel broadcast shows the national feed national map for what they call Local 8 ( local weather updates every 8 minutes ) My  television, iPad and another phone Android show the correct local forecasts.

All are tuned to channel 1120 (61 and 776 are the standard and HD tiers). How can all these grouped devises shows different  feed yet connected to my home network?  I have checked my setting on my iPhone and computer to allow for localized access.

Any advise?
