Same. Have tried on multiple platforms (3 different smart TVs, via web browser, etc.). Different error messages depending on platform, but in the end, none of them work. Just in time for NFL opening day.
Xfinity Stream App not loading. Getting TVAPP-00249 error code when trying to open Xfinity Stream App on both my WI-FI TV and mobile I-phone at my home. Hard wire cable TV is fine for cable channels.

Having the same issue. Tried to delete the app and reinstall. Will Not will not let me log in now
