Hi u/Cosmith1979, thank you for reaching out to the Digital Care Community for support via Forums. As a customer myself, I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when you are having issues with our Xfinity stream app r any of our apps. It ruins the customer experience and that is not for a loyal customer like yourself. I would love to assist in getting your apps working as expected. What troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve the issue? Have you tried to delete and redownload the app or force restart it to see if that would fix the issue?
