Streaming Issue

Hello

I am having issues accessing Xfinity Stream on my Roku steaming device. It worked the first day I set it up, now it only loads to the purchases screen and won’t do anything else. Tried to remove and re-add and log in. Nothing.

@user_91huo6 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand that you have tried to uninstall and then reinstall it. Have you also checked that the Roku is up to date with any updates that it may need? Also, can you confirm the make and model of your Roku streaming device for me?
