Streaming issue

We are having the exact same issue.  Though for us, Dune seems to be the only movie doing this.  Wondering if Comcast messed up something in how they set up this movie

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

What is the solution to this problem?  If what you are doing is trying to entice people to sign up for additional channels and services, this experience is not really doing it for us.  Thank you
